and God made man!

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. (Genesis 2:7)
That's how the Holy Bible puts it. That's how it has always been. Creation has had its mystical aura over the centuries, and will continue I believe in most minds except a few. The world is changing and science is evolving by leaps and bounds. What was supposed to be impossible centuries back is common place today. What is impossible today may be commonplace tommorrow. Cloning is one such activity that is the hot topic both underground and overground today. The ethics of cloning is being questioned. Are we scared of something. Are we scared that our foundations will be shaken. Are we scared that we'll hear that 'God' made man again!

Games!

Games! A word that brings to mind the child that we once were. The vacations (summer and winter) that gave us the license to play games all day. Games that ranged from playing football with a makeshift ball, cricket that was played with a makeshift bat, tennis that was played with a makeshift racquet and so on. Makeshift because there was no money to buy all the kit that is required to play the game.

Strangely the situation has not changed for me today - went to a gaming place called Timezone situated in the InOrbit mall yesterday, true to the name of the place 'Timezone' I was put into a timezone, away from the years of makeshift to makebelieve, I had the money and the wherewithal to play what I wanted. I spent an amount that was more than all the pocket money I got in my schooling days. I spent all that over a weekend without a second thought.

Back in office on the monday, still playing games, albeit of a different kind.
